To use the Instant Lift Repair Bio Cellulose Mask, you would first cleanse your face and pat it dry. Then, you would remove the mask from its packaging and carefully unfold it. The mask adapts to the face, starting with the forehead and working your way down to the chin. The mask should be left on for around 15-20 minutes, after which it can be removed and discarded.

Directions
Remove the protective film first sheet, place the mask over cleansed face, remove the second sheet protective film. Gently place the two natural Biocellulose patches around the eyes or lips area for 30-60 minutes.
